Privacy Policy

This page explains what I collect when you use this site, why, how it's stored, who it's shared with, and how to ask me to delete it.

At a glance

Sonoran Intelligence Consulting LLC collects only what you submit through this site's contact and audit forms (like your name, business, email, phone, and message) plus standard technical data (IP address, browser type) logged for spam protection. Data is stored securely through Cloudflare and is never sold. You can ask me to see, correct, or delete your data anytime by emailing [email protected].

Information I collect

I only collect information you choose to give me, plus a small amount of technical data needed to keep the site secure. Specifically:

What you submit through a form on this site. Name (required), business name, email, phone number, your message, and, if you provide it, your website URL. If you use the free website and AI audit tool, I also collect the details you provide in that second step: your industry, cities served, top services, whether you own your website, whether you've paid for SEO or marketing before, roughly how much, and whether you've run ads. I use those answers to generate a website and AI visibility audit for your business, and I store the audit itself along with the answers you submitted.

Technical data collected automatically with every form submission. Your IP address, browser and device information (user agent), and the time of submission. This is logged for spam prevention and troubleshooting, not for marketing.

Site usage data. Standard analytics on how visitors use the site. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

Why I collect it

To respond to your message, follow up personally, and figure out whether working together makes sense for your business. That's it. I don't collect information to build an ad audience or resell it.

If you submit a form with your phone number, you agree I may contact you by phone or text about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP or emailing [email protected].

How it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, a database service run by Cloudflare, the same company that hosts this site. A copy of each submission is also emailed directly to me at [email protected] through Cloudflare's Email Sending service. Access to this data is limited to me and the tools I use to run my business. Submissions are not currently synced to any third-party CRM or marketing platform.

Who it's shared with

I don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing purposes. The only outside parties involved are the infrastructure and analytics providers this site runs on:

Cloudflare. Hosts this site, stores form submissions (Cloudflare D1), delivers the email notification when you submit a form, and runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam-prevention check that processes limited technical signals (like your IP address) when you submit a form.

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Standard site-usage analytics. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

Google Calendar. If you book a free strategy call through the scheduler embedded on the Contact page, that booking happens directly with Google, not through a form on this site. Google's own privacy policy governs that data.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, general behavior, and, with Clarity, anonymized session recordings and heatmaps). These tools use cookies or similar technology and operate independently of anything you submit in a form. This site does not run advertising or retargeting pixels.

How long I keep it

I keep form submissions as long as reasonably needed to follow up with you and maintain basic business records, or until you ask me to delete them, whichever comes first. Analytics data (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) is retained under each provider's own standard settings.

Your rights and how to request deletion

Wherever you're located, you can ask me at any time to see what I have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] with your request and I'll handle it personally, usually within a few days.
