By using this site or engaging Sonoran Intelligence Consulting LLC ("Sonoran Intelligence," "I," or "me") for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or the services.
Sonoran Intelligence offers AI search optimization (GEO/AEO), local SEO, website design and build, and lead generation and marketing automation for local service businesses. The specific work, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out separately, in a proposal or agreement between us before work begins. General content on this site (including the Services and Results pages) describes what I offer and have done for past clients, and isn't itself a binding quote or contract for your business.
I take this work seriously and aim for real results, but I don't guarantee specific search rankings, AI citation counts, traffic numbers, leads, or revenue. Search engines and AI answer engines change their algorithms, competitors adjust their own strategy, and market conditions shift, all outside anyone's control. The results shown on the Results page reflect actual outcomes for those specific businesses under their specific circumstances. They're an honest record, not a promise that any other business will see the same numbers.
Pricing, billing schedule, and payment terms are set individually for each engagement and defined in the proposal or agreement for that engagement. Nothing on this site constitutes a fixed price quote for your business.
Once a deliverable, like a website, content, or campaign asset built specifically for your business, is paid for in full, ownership of that deliverable transfers to you. This doesn't extend to Sonoran Intelligence's own pre-existing tools, templates, processes, and methods, which remain mine and may be reused for other clients. Any third-party platforms or tools used to deliver the work (hosting, software, analytics) remain governed by that provider's own terms.
Please use this site's forms and content for legitimate business inquiries. Don't attempt to scrape, spam, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
This site and its services are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonoran Intelligence Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its services. For any paid engagement, total liability is limited to the fees actually paid for that specific engagement.
This site links to and embeds third-party tools, including a Google Calendar scheduler for booking a call and infrastructure run by Cloudflare. I'm not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third parties once you're interacting with them directly.
Either party can end a paid engagement according to the terms set out in that engagement's own agreement. For general use of this site, you're free to stop using it at any time, and I may update, suspend, or discontinue the site or any service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from services provided by Sonoran Intelligence Consulting LLC will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
